Currently I am working @Decathlon Digital for Browse, Search & Ranking, Compare, and Orientation team where my focus is for customers to find a right product easily in a holistic user experience.
I enjoy the crafting of products that empower people. I enjoy asking "why?", and "so what?", then "how?". I enjoy the fun ride of cross-functions collaboration, of making connection and of team-effort.
Outside of work, I love tennis, running, and cooking. I am really good at cooking a decent level of the healthy food within 15 minutes

Over the last decade I have worked for ecomm, telecom, agency and startup as the lead designer.
Lately, I've been focusing on strategy, design leadership and culture, and resolving ambiguity across different teams and business units.

As a UX Lead, I write bi-monthly articles in Korean on topics such as UX, service design, and discovery sessions. With 302 subscribers, I also publish an online magazine called "Master Class of UX." Additionally, I mentor designers aspiring to build international careers.
